I just took over the position to maintain our pneumatic equipment. To start with we will need a few new air timers. The current air timers are sticky and do not turn off on time. Then we will also need to replace the air counters. We can not even read the air counters they are so old. Once we replace the air timers and air counters we will need to look at the pneumatic controls. I am not sure at all how these are even functioning. The w orkers are telling me that they are always spend a lot of time getting the pneumatic controls function at all.
